Common EMI Mode Suppression Inductors

 

Specifications
  • All units manufactured to MIL-PRF-27, Grade 5, Class S
  • Inductance measured at 0.1VRMS -10 KHz
  • Dielectric Strength 1500 Volts RMS
  • Unit has magnetic shield
  • Windings Balanced ±1%
  • Maximum ambient plus temp. rise limited to 130ºC (ie. Maximum ambient or part no. 46283 would be 105ºC if IRMS is 1.29 AMPS
  • Inductance Tolerance: Minimum inductance is 80% of list value with no maximum value
These Inductors are well suited for use in Switching Regulators, DC to DC Power Supplies and all types of Electric Equipment where the elimination of line transmitted Electromagnetic Interference is important. Electrical equipment will generate noise due to switching operations of transistors, SCR's, relays, triacs, etc. By using these inductors, noise being fed back to the power line is minimized to an acceptable level and this noise will not interfere with other equipment operating on the same power line.
