The Pico Guarantee

We warrant each product manufactured by us and sold by us or our authorized agents, to be free from defects in material and workmanship and that, if operated properly, it will perform within applicable specifications for a period of one year after original shipment.

Our obligation under this guarantee is limited to repairing or replacing our product within one year of delivery to the original purchaser. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied and constitutes fulfillment of all our liabilities to purchaser. We do not warrant that the products can be used for a particular purpose other than those covered by the applicable specifications. We assume no liability, in any event, for consequential damages, for anticipated or lost profits, incidental damages or loss of time or other losses incurred by purchaser or any third party in connection with products covered by this warranty or otherwise.

We reserve the right to discontinue products without notice, and to make modifications in design without incurring any obligation to make such modifications to products previously sold.
